Tri Metro JV Softball Conference Tournament

« When: Saturday May 10^th 2008 Game times will be 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, & 3pm

« Where: Mendakota Park (2171 Mendakota Drive, Mendota Heights)

« Who: St. Anthony, Visitation, St. Agnes, Concordia, St. Paul Academy, St. Croix Lutheran, DeLaSalle, Brooklyn Center, St. Bernard’s

Tournament Procedures

Ÿ Format: (9) teams, pool play. Tie breaker is runs allowed. See bracket.

All MSHSL rules will apply.

Ÿ Home Team: Home team will be determined by a coin toss prior to each game.

Ÿ Infield: Infield practice may only be taken before the first game. Do not hit or throw against any of the fences.

Ÿ Time Limits: In order to stay on schedule, no new inning will begin after one hour and

ten minutes. In the event of a tie, the international tie breaker will be used.

Ÿ Run Rule: Games will be complete if a team is ahead by 10 runs after 4 innings or

8 runs after 5 innings.

Ÿ Game Balls: Each team is asked to supply 1 new softball per game (3 max).

Ÿ Awards: A traveling trophy will be awarded to the championship team.

Ÿ Entry Fee: $110 entry fee made payable to St. Anthony Village High School.

Ÿ Clean Up: We are responsible for all trash clean-up. Each team should bring a couple of garbage bags.

Ÿ Other: No admission fee will be charged for spectators.

Light concessions (pop and candy only) will be available.
